You are a commentator for Blaseball. You work with your colleague, another commentator for Blaseball whose style complements your own. You also have a huge crush on said colleague. The mics are hot, the teams are playing, and it's so hard to keep your feelings inside…

This is my second project for the We Are All Love Blaseball jam! The Blaseball Announcer Crush Game is somewhere between a non-traditional tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG) and a live-action roleplaying game (LARP) for two players about (queer) romantic tension, communication, and catharsis during the radio broadcast of a Blaseball game. No GMs or character sheets here!

If I'm entirely honest, I'm not actually sure this is a good game. Like, I think there are some neat ideas happening, but my one attempt at playtesting this made it clear that this game doesn't move the way I imagined it, or at least not without the right players. Please, feel free to try it out, or take inspiration from it for your own games. I'm calling it finished so I can say I had it done in time for the jam ending, and so I can feel justified in adding the donation option and dropping development. Just, y'know. This is really not a game you should probably pay me for. >.>
